Penny Terrell-Executive Director-Extension

Penny has been serving the Polk County Housing Authority since 1985.
She is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Polk
County Housing Authority. Including but not limited to total oversight
of finances, budgeting, procurement, modernization, maintenance as well
as the resident community and governmental operations. Great team work
has enabled the Polk County Housing Authority to maintain a "HIGH
PERFORMER" rating from the Department of Housing and Urban Development
for many years.
Jeanne Mabry-Administrative
Assistant/Housing Choice Voucher Program Manager-Extension 224
Jeanne began working for the Polk County Housing Authority in 1996.
Jeanne is responsible for much of the administrative paperwork in the
day to day operation of the housing authority. She is also in charge of
the Voucher program and works with Section 8 voucher residents and
their landlords.
Donna Hendricks-Public Housing
Manager-Extension 222 Donna began working for the Polk
County Housing Authority in 1995. Donna is in charge of the varied
aspects of leasing apartments in our locations across Polk County.
Billie Sanders-Capital Fund Grant Coordinator

Inspector / Procurement Agent-Extension 223
Billie has been with the Polk County Housing Authority since August
2009. Billie
oversees the paperwork involved in our modernization program, orders
materials for the maintenance department and also inspects both Housing
and Section 8 properties for housing quality standards.
David White -Maintenance Supervisor
David began working for the Polk County Housing Authority in 2006. As
maintenance supervisor he works as part of the management team and as a
working foreman. Our maintenance department is a very important part of
our success or acheiving and maintaining our "HIGH Performer" rating.
Residents receive a very high level of service from our maintenance

Richard Walters-Maintenance Mechanic
Richard began working for the Polk County Housing Authority in 2000.
Richard is also our safety officer. Richard is very organized and sees
to it that safety issues are addressed quickly. Maintenance Charge List

Frost -Maintenance Mechanic
Walter is the newest member of our maintenance staff, and he looks
